John should ask his parents,teachers or any adult that he knew and ask for their views of what to do.He should not open the file attachment incase it is not true,asking an adult would be a better choice for him.he should not buy the medicine as it might not be safe and it may contain poison too.He could also ask a doctor about the medicine and decide again whether to buy it.
